Yesterday, Anthony appeared on BBC Radio Four's Farming Today programme to discuss the UK-Australia free trade agreement.
We have always been told that under CRaG, which is the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010, the Houses of Parliament would have a debate and then a vote that would either ratify the trade deal or delay the ratification. We've always been told that that was coming, but in the instance of the Australia Free Trade Agreement, that's just never come to fruition.
