National Lottery Community Fund

National Lottery players have helped raise much-needed funds for local charities and community groups in Totnes & South Devon.

Since January 2021, The National Lottery Community Fund has awarded £341,826 to community projects in Totnes & South Devon. This includes £168,200 for Caring Town Ltd, an organisation that has developed a community-led health and care network.

The National Lottery Community Fund is the UK’s largest funder of community activity, supporting grassroots projects right up long-term multi-million investments. In 2020/21, £466 million was raised by players of the National Lottery and distributed as well as a further £233 million on behalf of third parties.

Information about how community groups can apply for funding can be found here: https://www.tnlcommunityfund.org.uk/
