7 businesses in Totnes & South Devon are to benefit from £400 million fund to help arts, culture and heritage organisations survive and thrive.
A total of £321,659 has been awarded to local businesses that have been so badly hit by the pandemic. The businesses that are benefitting from this round of the Culture Recovery Fund are Dartington Arts, Totnes Cinema, The Barrel House Ballroom, Sea Change Festival, Pilgrim Heritage Sailing Foundation, Sharpham Trust and Friends of Vigilance.
Speaking after the funding announcement, Anthony said "I very much hope that these grants will allow these unique businesses, charities and festivals to thrive long into the future.
South Devon has a great number of unique cultural and heritage organisations and I am looking forward to seeing them back up and running and attracting residents and visitors alike."
