It was a pleasure to cut the ribbon of Diptford Primary School’s new classrooms this afternoon!
After its temporary buildings were damaged by Storm Eunice in 2022, the school had to move many of its lessons to the village hall. Thanks to the hard work of the Link Academy Trust, the school secured government funding which allowed them to build two new classrooms.
The school is the heart of the Diptford community, and I’m delighted so many parents and local residents attended the open day to see the modern facilities for themselves.
