Anthony has recently written to all local farmers asking for their feedback on issues affecting them.
Farmers are invited to complete a survey here: https://www.anthonymangnall.co.uk/form/farming-survey
As the Member of Parliament for Totnes and South Devon, I am proud to represent a constituency with hundreds of farms and I dedicate a significant amount of time to ensure food and farming are never off the agenda.
Given the importance of farming in this area, I am very keen to engage with farmers regularly and would be very grateful if you could complete the enclosed survey.
Surveys like this are an essential tool to build a picture of farmers’ experiences in South Devon today. Armed with your feedback, I am better placed to ask questions in the House of Commons, speak to Ministers and contribute to debates knowing what the body of opinion is among our farmers.
From the ongoing rollout of the Environmental Land Management Scheme, to food security rising up the political agenda, the landscape of farming continues to change. Those who represent you in Parliament must stay up to date with these changes too.
As well as giving me the opportunity to discover your views, this survey will also allow me to ensure I have an up-to-date list of farms in the area.
I would therefore be very grateful if you could spare the time to fill in my survey, so that I might best represent you and support your vital work.
